The Maude is a two minute walk away from St Edward The Confessor Church and Brough Park- a perfect location for taking wedding photos.

The hire for the function room is £1500

Wedding Hire

Hire for 2025 is £1500
Hire includes:
Access to the premises the day before and Use of the hall on the day 7am- midnight. (Access the day after if needed to collect items).
Bar+bar staff
Tables +chairs+ Black tablecloths.
Cleanup

Due to high amount of enquiries we only work on first come-first serve bases and don’t pencil people in.
The booking is secured once the deposit is paid.

In regards suppliers - we always need the list of all external suppliers.

Please feel free to bring your own Welcome drinks.
For the tables-speeches (wine and Prosecco) first 20 bottles are corkage fee free. All others are £5 per bottle.

We have 70 chairs in house. If you would like more they would have to be hired externally.

You are welcome to book a viewing of the venue.

We take all bookings via messenger or email in writing.
