Hire of the hall is £350

Hire includes:
Use of the hall 5pm- midnight(please note this when booking external suppliers).
Bar+bar staff
Tables+chairs+black table covers.

*To secure the booking we take £100 retainer via bank transfer.

For a Disco please bring your own PA system and lights.

Due to high amount of enquiries we only work on first come-first serve bases and don’t pencil people in.
The booking is secured once the deposit is paid.

In regards suppliers - we will need the list of all external suppliers. We allow most suppliers, but please do check beforehand as we have couple that we do not work with.

You can bring your own catering, but not your own alcohol.

In the future all catering will be passed onto Mill street kitchen, their menus will be on our website shortly. However, if you would like to book other ecternal catering companies, they must be fully registered, insured and ideally have 5* rating.

Please feel free to free to decorate yourself, but check with us the regulations beforehand. Also please make sure access is from 5pm.

Fully decorated Large balloon stand with your choice of colours is £140(round balloons).
Large “Happy birthday “ LED sign hire is included in the balloon arch hire.

Tables dressed and decorated with our in-house decor(of your choice) are £50.(this includes candles)
If you wish to bring your own candles please make sure they are LED battery operated and NOT live flame.

Our in-house DJ is £400
